Dave Seibert, founder of DSREG was born and raised in Richmond, brings 16 years of sales experience to the table along with an extensive background in building, renovation, design and real estate investing. Knowing the product like the back of his hand, he can draw from his experience building, renovating or selling over 1000+ homes in Richmond. Dave became an agent as an extension of his real estate investment business, already being an expert on the local market people were always coming to him for advice.


Drawn to the Real Estate Industry from the beginning. From learning how to build and fix houses in high school, to buying his first home at age 24 and completely flipping it, he went from selling 11 houses his first year as a Realtor to consistently selling over 100 homes annually. To Dave, being a Realtor means being there for people. Whether it be helping friends and family reach another milestone in life, or helping someone he just met buy their first home, Dave is there for it all.


Dave and his wife Amanda love to travel, with 49/50 states under their belt he believes that this transformed the way he sees Real Estate and what he brings to the Richmond market. Dave and Amanda love to try new restaurants around Richmond and are always looking for the latest. Together they have a son who they love to take hiking with them any chance they get.


In his free time, Dave is a member of a small group at his Church where he has been for over a decade now. One day he plans to get back into coaching soccer like he did for many years.

Lydia Harrell
Director of Sales, Operations and Marketing

Lydia, the team's Director of Sales, Operations and Marketing has been in the real estate industry since graduating from Randolph Macon College with a degree in Business and Economics. Her favorite quote is “The number one reason people don’t hit their goals is because they set them with the results in mind instead of who they want to be and the habits they want to build” (Kristan Cole).

 

She strives to live a life colored by stubborn gladness and seeks to bring energy and a can-do attitude to everything she does. When she’s at work you can find her getting excited about hitting big goals, collaboration, and building habits that work with human nature (not against it).

 As her job title implies, her favorite part of this industry is the opportunity for variety in the day-to-day of running a real estate business. Having held almost every administrative position on various real estate teams, she leverages that track record to create an above and beyond customer experience for our clients. As a certified real estate coach & presenter, she is passionate about helping the agents on our team hit their goals and build lives and businesses that align with their values. She stays up to date with real estate trends and team/brokerage best practices and is always looking for ways to improve and elevate the team's performance. 

She grew up in Doswell, VA as the oldest of 4 and would say that she had a classic, barefoot, country childhood. To this day, she loves being outside - especially at Byrd Park/Swan Lake which is her favorite spot in the city. Lydia currently resides in Salisbury in a fixer-upper with her husband, Drew and her kids Eli (10) Aubrey (8) and Bodhie who joined the crew in June of 2023. 

Lydia and Drew met in the real estate industry and have enjoyed sharing that interest and knowledge as they build their own real estate portfolio. Currently, they own multiple long term rentals and 1 airbnb which are primarily in the Maymont area! After purchasing her first home at the age of 22, she has bought, sold and renovated quite a few since then. She's  passionate about building wealth and passive income this way and empowering her peers to do the same.  The current real estate project is renovating their primary and it's been fun to pick finishes and design floor plans to reflect their style and family needs! 

In her free time, you can find her reading about 50-60 books a year (favorite book of all time is Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert), watercoloring, practicing yoga (she completed her teacher training in 2020), playing kickball with her kiddos, working alongside her husband on their fixer-upper, playing piano, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen (and crossing her finger that her kids will eat it), chasing our pet chickens that escaped in our backyard or attending Hope Church!

Erin Rose

Account Manager/Realtor

Originally from Bridgeport, CT, Erin came to Virginia for college (Go Hoos!) and decided she loved it so much, she wanted to make it her home.

Working briefly as an educator, and then as a pastor in Richmond for the past 7 years, Erin is now excited to support people through their major life decisions as a realtor. “I became a realtor to help people find great homes that they’ll love for years.”

What you see is what you get with Erin. She is unapologetically herself, the same person all the time, and it’s a quality that people really appreciate about her. 

“Richmond is such an amazing, vibrant city,” and it tops her “Favorite Place to Live” list. She holds a special affinity for Church Hill, the neighborhood she first lived in. Steeped in history, community, and beautiful neighborhoods, it’s hard not to love. “I also really like Northside…the big, old houses with lots of yard space reminds me of my New England upbringing.”

When Erin isn’t busy #grinding, she enjoys eating, drinking, and being merry. Her happy place is a good restaurant with good people. She’s also a founding member of a band called Urban Doxology. They travel across the country doing music and it’s a really special part of her life.

Amanda Seibert

In-House Development Coordinator / Realtor

Amanda is a Richmond real estate expert with an impeccable eye for detail. She intimately knows every neighborhood Richmond has to offer.  Amanda grew up in the Fan, Glenbrooke Hills, and Salsbury neighborhoods and graduated from Midlothian High School in only 3 years! 

 

After a year of international traveling she entered VCU’s Honors College where she continued her education while also maintaining a national ranking in competitive show jumping. With a degree in strategic advertising and a minor in business she quickly found success in entrepreneurship and sales.  She has dedicated herself to providing each client with exceptional service and consequently was named the 2014 Rookie of the Year at the Long and Foster Tuckahoe Branch.  Today she works with buyers, sellers, and oversees a local real estate development company (Nest Builders Development Co.)

Patrick Hiltz

Business Manager

Patrick Hiltz, Business Manager and licensed Realtor comes to Richmond from South Carolina after earning his MDiv at Union Theological Seminary (now Union Presbyterian Seminary) and after receiving his BA from Mary Washington College.

 

Patrick specializes in being highly organized as much of his work involves creating structured systems, communication triage, and bringing order to chaos so that each transaction goes as smoothly as possible. 


Dave and Patrick have been good friends for nearly 16 years, and Patrick was happy to help him steer the ship by taking over some of administrative side of the business. Working with the Dave Seibert Real Estate Group led Patrick to become a licensed Realtor in March of 2015 thus opening up a new realm of vocational possibilities.


Coming to real estate after working for the Virginia Department of Taxation, Patrick says that it is so much more pleasant to have a career that doesn't cause groans and eyeball rolls and to see how his efforts genuinely makes the lives of clients better.

In his free-time, Patrick likes to read EVERYTHING from history, politics, epic high fantasy novels, theology.  When not reading he loves to work on genealogy research, play board games or cards with friends, attend wine tastings, stay current with Marvel Comics, and listen to podcasts galore.


Patrick, his wife Lila, daughter Charlotte, and son Thomas happily reside in the North Side of Richmond, and Lila is a school counselor at an elementary school in Henrico.

Victoria Mathurin

Meet Victoria, a proud Richmond native and an alumna of Longwood University. With a rich background deeply rooted in customer service, Victoria possesses a unique talent for making people feel right at home. She's an expert in guiding individuals through significant life transitions with an abundance of love, care, and meticulous attention to detail. 

 

Her three years in Real Estate have been some of the most rewarding and has loved helping clients' home ownership dreams come true, and build financial stability for their futures.

 

 When she's not dedicating her time to serving clients, you'll often find Victoria trying new restaurants, cheering on the Richmond Squirrels, taking on a new DIY project with her husband, or exploring the local farmers markets. As a genuine River City enthusiast, she's continually on the lookout for those hidden gems and cultural experiences that truly illuminate the vibrant spirit of Richmond.

Drew Harrell

Drew Harrell consistently delivers passion, professionalism, and care to his clients– from the first consult to the closing table and beyond. Drew grew up here, and love's sharing Richmond's natural beauty and warm community with others. Outside of real estate, Drew enjoys competing in triathlons, spending time with friends, and working on house projects - but his greatest joy in life comes from spending time with his wife, Lydia, and three amazing kids, Eli and Aubrey & Bodhie.

Andy Smith  

Account Manager/Realtor

Andrew Smith, Real Estate Consultant and Account Manager, was born and raised in the Glen Allen where he attended Deep Run High School. Andrew then went on to receive a Bachelor's
degree from Virginia Tech in Business Information Technology, and from there, a Real Estate Consultant with Dave Seibert Real Estate Group.


Andrew became a licensed agent and began working with Dave Seibert Real Estate Group beginning in 2013, but has been interested in home styles, architecture, and design trends from a young age. Andrew really enjoyed watching TV shows about renovations and felt working with Dave provided an opportunity to see it up close.


Andrew loves meeting a wide spectrum of new people, and guiding them through the journey of home-ownership. He also enjoys helping friends build wealth through real estate.


As a Richmond native, he loves how diverse Richmond's neighborhoods are and finds himself lucky to explore all of these neighborhoods with his clients. He does have a special affinity for Glen Allen, The Fan, Oregon Hill, Scott's Addition, and Forest Hill/South of the James as those have all been called ‘home’ for him at one point in time.


In his free time, Andrew loves to play golf and has chased that hobby around the United States, as well as Scotland & Ireland. He likes to fish, hike, and generally spend his time outdoors. He also loves watching and actively playing almost any and all sports.

Vito Bussa

Account Manager/Realtor

Vito Bussa was born and raised in Southside, Richmond, but it’s his Italian heritage where he finds his inspiration. His grandparents and parents journey from Italy instilled in him strong work-ethic and values. 

Vito graduated from Christopher Newport University (Go Captains!) in 2015 and dove right into his career, working for SunTrust Mortgage at their headquarters in Innsbrook. He spent 2 years in their closing department before making his next move to CoStar, a commercial real estate and analytic company he spent 4.5 years at. 

Because of Vito’s professional background in both residential and commercial property transactions, he offers a unique perspective and a strong knowledge base in both areas. Paired with his attention to detail, organizational skills, and his familiarity with the fast pace environment that real estate demands, he is a great asset to the Dave Seibert Real Estate Group.

Vito knows how stressful the process of buying and selling can be and how complicated it can be at times, especially for someone that isn’t familiar with real estate transactions by trait. He is an expert in the client servicing aspect, taking a lot of the complexity out of the transaction for clients to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

His favorite Richmond neighborhoods? Church Hill and Northside. “I love the feel of both neighborhoods. I have family in New York and Church Hill gives me a very Brooklyn-like vibe!”

When he’s not grinding for his clients, he likes to spend his time outdoors and being active — hiking, golfing, visiting breweries and attending live music are some of his favorite ways to spend his free time.

Kate Mahan

Listings Manager

Kate Mahan our Listing Manager, queen of Canva, and avid dog lover hails from upstate New York, especially the Rochester region.  In more recent years she has happily made Western Henrico her home and loves adventuring in restaurants all across the region with friends and family.  Although Kate is pretty new to our team (Spring of 2023) don’t be fooled, she has a decade of Real Estate expertise under her belt and as has come to light recently…cares about the exact positioning, angle, cleanliness levels, sheen, reflective quality, viscosity, pH balance,  and even color of our signs and sign posts WAY more than you do.  (I’m not saying she takes a protractor with her for sign installation or anything but…)

Kate started her real estate career at Richmond Association of Realtors, where she honed her customer service skills at their busy real estate school and followed that act by working on two other top producing teams working at fine tuning their listings and marketing systems.

Her family includes ju-jitsu master and dojo owner Chris, daughters Neiley and Hannah, and of course their loyal English Bulldog, Burger.  

Kate graduated from college in Rochester NY and launched into her first gig as a newspaper reporter.  While pounding the streets as a journalist she learned the value of clear, concise communication. That experience fuels her commitment to providing flawlessly smooth interactions with our clients to this very day.

When not immersed in the world of real estate, Kate loves embarking on travel adventures with her family. Their ultimate go-to vacation spot is the breathtaking St. John USVI!
