Patrick Hiltz

Patrick Hiltz, Business Manager and licensed Realtor comes to Richmond from South Carolina after studying at Union Theological Seminary (now Union Presbyterian Seminary) and after receiving his BA from Mary Washington College. Patrick specializes in being highly organized as much of his work involves creating structured systems and doing communication triage to
ensure each transaction goes as smoothly as possible. But most importantly Patrick is punishingly good at puns.

Dave and Patrick have been good friends for nearly a decade, and Patrick was happy to help him steer the ship by taking over some of administrative side of the business. Working with the Dave Seibert Real Estate Group led Patrick to become a licensed Realtor in March of 2015 thus opening up a new realm of vocational possibilities.

After working for the Virginia Department of Taxation and then switching over to real estate, Patrick says that it is so much more pleasant to be in a world where people appreciate your work and where his efforts genuinely makes their lives better.

Patrick loves being in Richmond, and has been here for 16 years. He loves the neighborhoods of Bellevue, Ginter Park, and Rosedale. All three are very close to where he lived in his first couple of years in Richmond and they just feel quintessential to his early days exploring around
town, taking walks and looking at the charming homes. He loved that they are also dotted with great little restaurants, coffee shops, and more.

In his free-time, Patrick likes to read, work on genealogy research, play board games and cards with friends, attend wine tastings, stay current with Marvel Comics, and listen to podcasts galore.

Alexandria Troupe

Account Manager/Realtor

Originally from Chesterfield, Alexandria moved to the Richmond area when she attended VCU for an undergraduate degree. Alexandria is an expert in all areas of central Virginia thanks to her previous job as a beer representative. She provides a wide knowledge of restaurants and fun events around town.

Alexandria graduated from VCU’s School of Mass Communications and concentrate in PR, minoring in business. She took only three years to graduate while working full time and rising in the ranks of her job as a representative, eventually becoming a brand manager.

When asked why she pursued realty, Alexandria said, “I realized I knew a ton about a niche that I really didn’t feel was very important or valuable I thought about what field I could go into that would be more valuable.”

Her favorite part of the realty process is sharing the joy of homeownership with others and simplifying the process, making peoples’ dream easier to realize.

Some of her favorite neighborhoods include Manchester, Woodland Heights and Forest Hill. Alexandria is fascinated by the growth of these areas and states how enjoyable it is to watch them grow. “Richmond, in general,” she says, “is growing and I love seeing the ways it’s adapting and pushing outward.”

In her free time, Alexandria is an outdoor lover. She likes to rock climb, hike, volunteer with the outdoor organization, “Keep Va Cozy” whose mission is conservation through outreach,  and hang out with her dog.

Erin Rose

Residential Real Estate Agent

Originally from Bridgeport, CT, Erin came to Virginia for college (Go Hoos!) and decided she loved it so much, she wanted to make it her home.

Working briefly as an educator, and then as a pastor in Richmond for the past 7 years, Erin is now excited to support people through their major life decisions as a realtor. “I became a realtor to help people find great homes that they’ll love for years.”

What you see is what you get with Erin. She is unapologetically herself, the same person all the time, and it’s a quality that people really appreciate about her.

“Richmond is such an amazing, vibrant city,” and it tops her “Favorite Place to Live” list. She holds a special affinity for Church Hill, the neighborhood she first lived in. Steeped in history, community, and beautiful neighborhoods, it’s hard not to love. “I also really like Northside…the big, old houses with lots of yard space reminds me of my New England upbringing.”

When Erin isn’t busy #grinding, she enjoys eating, drinking, and being merry. Her happy place is a good restaurant with good people. She’s also a founding member of a band called Urban Doxology. They travel across the country doing music and it’s a really special part of her life.

Heather Hodges

Residential Real Estate Agent

Originally from Stafford, Heather and her family made the decision to move to Richmond, sold on the perks of city life. From its character and charm to trying new restaurants and exploring, it was an easy choice for her family to make.

Originally an elementary school teacher, Heather attended the University of Delaware where she received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Reading Curriculum at University of Virginia. However, after 5 years, Heather decided she was ready for a faster-paced and more competitive career.

After experiencing the home-buying process with her husband and enjoying a seamless and stress-free transaction, Heather knew she could make this reality possible for others and decided to make the career switch from education to real estate.

Growing up an athlete, Heather was a Division 1 Field Hockey player in college and is familiar with the hard work that is involved with being successful in a competitive environment. “Being a realtor is exciting and high-paced.” As a residential real estate agent, she loves to help people by using her skills to find a home they will love.

Heather loves that she is in control of creating her success, that her schedule is more flexible, and most importantly, she loves the satisfaction of helping her clients through really big and exciting life changes.

Favorite neighborhoods? Church Hill, with so much “Old Richmond” character, it’s easy to enjoy exploring the gorgeous streets. She also loves the Fan and Near West End, noting that the home styles are different from one another and both neighborhoods are incredibly walkable.

When she’s not working hard for her clients, Heather enjoys any chance she can get to be outside, from snowboarding and hiking, to taking her dog Kona on walks around trails in the city. She is also still very active in the field hockey community, as Head Coach for Atlee High School as well as running a local club team, Focus Field Hockey. Her husband is also an educator and coaches football.
