Position Title: Real Estate Agent

Reports to: Dave Seibert, Founder and Team Leader

The Dave Seibert Real Estate group is bursting at the seams and needs an ambitious, enthusiastic hard-working agent to help put people in their dream homes. Located in Church Hill, the Dave Seibert Real Estate Group has quickly become a market leader. The sleek, modern office is located next to historic St John's church, has easy freeway access and is within walking distance of great food, coffee and the best views the city has to offer.
As an agent with the Dave Seibert Real Estate Group (with Long and Foster), you will be responsible for working and closing the leads that come through our extensive inventory of new construction homes. You’ll have a chance to jump right in and move millions of dollars worth of real estate very quickly.
The right person will be a self starter with both sales experience and attention to detail. Each day they will review and follow up with leads, provide top notch client experience and, when ready, guide clients through the buying and selling process. Work hours include evenings and weekends.
The Day to Day:
Marketing - Create a show-room, go to open houses, answer phone calls to engage and solidify leads, particularly focused on the ~30-40 expected builds in 2020 from a Seibert client
Lead Follow Up- Follow up with leads, ensuring an excellent client experience with an opportunity to convert to a sale
Finish the Deal - When a client is ready to offer, guide them through the process from beginning to end, writing contracts, negotiating on behalf of the client and doing final walkthroughs; throughout the process ensure a good client experience, flawless paperwork and opportunities for future referrals
Mentoring - Work directly with Dave, the founder and team leader, who has completed over 1,000 deals
Leads - Dave Seibert Real Estate Group will funnel leads to you, so you can spend time selling
Compensation - You will receive a modest base salary, plus opportunities could quickly lead you to the top quartile of agent compensation
Support - Benefit from working with the Richmond Market’s leading brokerage firm, Long and Foster, including recognition programs and professional development
At least one year of sales experience or 5 completed real estate deals
VA Real Estate License (or willingness to get one quickly)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience succeeding in the details, especially in contracts
Technologically proficient, including MS Office, G Suite and mobile devices
